Finally, a drugstore makeup brand has answered our prayers for a line of natural, affordable and gorgeous makeup! Almay's new line, Pure Blends, really is a pure blend of eco-friendliness, price consciousness, and outright prettiness! And, we got to go to Almay's editors-only product launch to get the scoop on the new line! It's not in stores yet, but we couldn't wait to dive in and play!

Using recycled packaging, natural ingredients and dyes, Pure Blends is 95.8% organic makeup with the most gorgeous palette of earthy colors! From the heathered pinks and golds to the shimmery browns and mochas, we heart the girly look and the fresh look it gives us! Don't you love how naturally gorg Leslie Bibb looks?

Right now, the line only features a layerable foundation (no SPF, but you should add your own anyway), amazing loose powder (we love the sparkly one for evenings), blush/bronzer, eye shadows and super-covetable lip gloss. Gucci Westman, Revlon's head makeup artist who works on loads of mag shoots and fash shows, keeps the Nude and Petal glosses in her makeup kit!

Now we can get accessible organic makeup and not have to waste our pretty pennies!
